Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge Announce 2017 Best Fleets to Drive For.

This is the 9th year for this annual contest and we are extremely proud of our accomplishments throughout the years in this program:

 

  • FCC has been an overall winner three times   2009, 2011, 2015
  • FCC has been a Top 20-Fleet for 8 of the 9 years
  • FCC has been a Top-20 Fleet for 7 consecutive years

2016 Best Fleets to Drive For – Top 20 Carrier

This is the 8th year for this annual contest and we are extremely proud of our accomplishments throughout the years in this program:

  • FCC has been a Top 20-Fleet for 7 of the 8 years
  • FCC has been a Top-20 Fleet for 6 consecutive years (only 3 fleets have this honor)
  • FCC holds the record for the only Fleet with the most Top 20 appearances (7 total)

Best Fleets to Drive For
We have some fleets in the Best Fleets program that come back year after year – in 2015, 3 fleets made the top 20 for 5 consecutive years. DrivePFS, Motor Carrier Service, LLC and Fremont Contract Carriers, Inc. are all now in their 6th consecutive year in the top 20 so a special shout out to them!

2015 Best Fleets to Drive For – Top 20 Carrier Overall Winner!

Five Consecutive Year Award & Three Time Overall Winner

Fremont Contract Carriers, Inc. was recognized as one of the Top 20 North American Best Fleets To Drive For by the Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge. FCC is the only carrier to have received this distinguished award six times out of the past seven years.

2015 Nebraska Truck Driving Championships

The Nebraska Trucking Association is pleased to announce the winners of the 2015 Championships, held recently in Grand Island, Neb. Team Winner 1st Place – Fremont Contract Carriers Class Winners 2nd Place – 4 Axle Class – Robie Jensen, Fremont Contract Carriers 2nd Place – 5 Axle Class – Kent Wood, Fremont Contract Carriers 3rd Place – 5 Axle Sleeper Class – David Scott, Fremont Contract Carriers 2nd Place – Flatbed Class – Melvin J. Martel, Fremont Contract Carriers The Jerry Wessel Award, named in honor of a long-time committee member, is awarded to drivers who have either competed or volunteered at the Championships for at least five years and are rated on professionalism, industry knowledge, and attitude. This year’s recipient of the Jerry Wessel Award went to Robie Jensen, Fremont Contract Carriers.

Recognized as one of the Top 20 North American Best Fleets To Drive For by the Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge. FCC has received this distinguished award five out of the past six years. The annual survey and contest, identifies for-hire trucking companies that provide the best workplace experiences for their drivers.
