The Best Fleets to Drive For Contest is now in its ninth year, and once again, FCC has been nominated by our professional drivers to participate. We are very proud that our company has been recognized by our driving associates as being one of the Best Fleets to Drive For. 2015 marked the THIRD time that FCC has been named the overall winner, (Overall Winner 2009, 2011, and 2015,). We have also been awarded the Top 20 Best Fleet to Drive For seven out of eight years, and, we received the award for Six Consecutive Years as a Top 20 Fleet – only two other fleets have received this award. It is truly inspiring to know that our team of professional drivers considers FCC for this award.

FCC needs your assistance to once again be recognized as a BEST FLEET TO DRIVE FOR! Driver participation is a key component to the award process and we hope that you will take a moment to help us once again achieve this highly recognized award. The driver survey will be available until December 31, 2016.

We are excited to once again be participating in this contest. The Best Fleets to Drive For program provides us with valuable information from not only our drivers, but from other participating fleets. FCC drivers are the best in the industry. We want you to know that we work hard to promote a high quality work environment for all our associates.
A few notes to help you successfully complete the survey:
- Each question must be completed by clicking on the answer bubble that applies to your response (the circle will become highlighted with a green dot).
- On the questions that have multiple choice, (very valuable, somewhat valuable, not valuable), you do need to complete a selection for each line.
- If the question does not apply, choose the selection “not valuable.”
- There are opportunities on each question to provide your personal comments. However, you are not required to comment if you do not want to.
- On questions 40 and 41 – “What do you like best about working at this company? and What would you like to see changed or improved at this company?” you must provide a comment. The survey will not submit successfully if no comments are provided.
- To complete the survey, please provide your name on question 42 and then hit the submit button.
- If you miss a question, the survey will not submit. The missed questions will be highlighted in red so that you can then complete and submit.
- All surveys received are completely confidential. The Best Fleets organization provides FCC with a summary report on the answers received.
- All surveys need to be completed by December 31, 2016.
