Productivity

Recognizing the importance of keeping our driving partners is not just our goal, at FCC it's a way of life.  We strive to go the extra mile to ensure our drivers have the benefit of steady, consistent freight with minimal layovers.  In a good economy or bad, it's what our drivers expect and why our driver satisfaction rate is so high.  Keeping our drivers productive is just another reason we were voted the overall winner in the TCA's "Best Fleet to Drive For" driver survey.

Flexibility

A true partnership is one that respects the views and needs of the other and is willing to be flexible to meet those needs.  For our drivers who want to be home often, we do all we can to make it possible for them. Since we have so many well established freight lanes, we are able to collaborate with our drivers to plan the routes out-and-back to get them home frequently and when desired.  It’s just another privilege of partnership with FCC and adds up to a more satisfying career.
