This year, the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) inducted 57 fleets into TCA Elite Fleet Certified Carriers program. We are honored to be among those recognized as a 2026 Best Place to Drive. We are deeply grateful to our drivers, without whom these achievements would not be possible.
The certified fleets were rigorously evaluated on key metrics such as safety, driver satisfaction, turnover rates, compensation, benefits, quality of life for drivers, company equipment, and operational efficiency. Surveys from both drivers and independent contractors were also conducted to validate these results.
