Fremont Contract Carriers is very proud to announce the launch of their Driver Advisory Board. This group of 6 drivers was put together to help us better serve all 300 plus drivers that work with us here at FCC. Quarterly meetings with this group will allow us to hear concerns and desires that drivers may have, so we can always be striving towards being THE best fleet to drive for.
At Fremont Contract Carriers, we want to make sure we’re doing right by all of our employees, but we know our drivers especially are the backbone of our organization. And while you’re not always here in the office, we want to make sure your voices are heard.
Home and family time, consistent miles, great pay and benefits, as well as a family atmosphere are all things we continue to value as a company. We’ve already heard so much from this committee of dedicated drivers and are working to implement a couple desired changes as quickly as possible.
