Home Time
At FCC, we pride ourselves on providing our drivers with home time that exceeds industry standards. Our Short Haul drivers can expect to be home daily with weekends off. Most of our long-haul drivers can expect to be home at least weekly. With FCC, drivers can expect an excellent work-life balance with consistent hours, consistent miles, consistent routes, and consistent home time.
Benefits
We offer an extensive benefits package, including 401K. We also have multiple bonus systems in place. These systems include bonuses for Safety, Driver Referrals, and Sign-On Bonuses depending on the position. FCC also offers paid orientation for new drivers and paid vacation and annual pay increases. Our drivers earn $75,000 plus on average, depending on past experience.
Our Fleet
Our company drivers can expect to receive a late-model, Freightliner, or Kenworth truck with state-of-the-art equipment. Our trucks are outfitted with Auxiliary Power Units (APU) which will save the driver money when stopped as these APUs can power everything in the driver’s cabin. They also come with refrigerator units as well as 2000W power inverters. We also provide a free subscription to SiriusXM Satellite Radio for all of our company drivers. Most of our jobs are drop and hook freight with no HAZMAT or Refrigerated loads.
